Our Owner and Lead Instructor, was an Advanced EMT, State EMS Instructor & Evaluator, and Certified Ophthalmic Assistant. She taught Emergency Medicine at Harrisburg Area Community College and has been teaching CPR for 7+ years.
Kelly is an experienced consultant in Occupational Health and Safety, having worked for Amazon, treating injured employees and as a liaison with workman's compensation and HR. She also traveled to develop fellow Associates for Amazon.
At Stericycle, Kelly was a Healthcare Compliance Educator, traveling to and consulting in over 600 businesses and medical facilities. She has spoken at Johns Hopkins Hospital and trained the Baltimore Orioles Athletic Dept.
Kelly also testified in court as an Expert Witness in OSHA regulations, Occupational Health and Safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Her work has included: skilled medical provider, instruction, evaluation, safety program installation, training and public speaking.
Angelo, after completing 21 years in the U.S. Navy, began his EMS career in July 2004 in Virginia with the Norfolk Fire Rescue as a Firefighter/EMT. He successfully completed the fire academy and then went on to obtain his National Registry Paramedic through Tidewater Community College in December 2006.
After obtaining NRP certification, Angelo became a primary instructor for NREMT, CPR, PALS, ACLS, ITLS (International Trauma Life Support). He recently acquired his certification as an Instructor for AVERT (Active Violence Emergency Response Training).
In July 2011 Angelo moved to PA and began working at Cumberland Goodwill EMS in Carlisle. Although not actively working “on the street” anymore, he continues to instruct AVERT, CPR and Basic 1st aid classes at a variety of businesses in and around central Pennsylvania. Tina is a retired Police Officer & Detective from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD). In her 23+ years within the LVMPD, she served in various assignments in addition to being a Patrol Officer.
She spent four years as part of an FBI Task Force serving felony arrest warrants that included apprehension of some of the nations Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitives. She served 4 years as a Child Sexual Abuse Investigator, where she was involved in over 200 cases.
Tina spent her last 8 years with the department as a Domestic Violence Detective, investigating crimes that ranged from stalking, restraining order violations to assault and domestic homicide.
Tina now lives in Central Pennsylvania, enjoying retirement. She is an avid Quilter & Quilt Instructor, and now shares her Law Enforcement / Victim Advocate expertise with Safety ACE Customers as an AVERT Instructor. Her experience and knowledge is invaluable.
